The following information sets out the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

Once an order is placed

A confirmation email is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep

this email as proof of your purchase.

Processing/Dispatch time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We will contact you if, for some reason there is a delay! A tracking number for your order will be email to you. You will be able to track your order via the Aust post website or Sendle.com.au website depending on which company delivers your order.

Delivery Estimates

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, subject to availability and

commence from the date of Shipment, not the date of order. Rural and remote areas may

take longer. This delivery time frame is subject to changes in circumstances.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. As delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. We make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Note:

* Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery.

* We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.

*During high volume times, dispatch times may be delayed/vary but we will do our best to ensure this does happen. Your Understanding is appreciated !

Receiving your order

Home deliveries will be delivered to your nominated address. If no one is home Parcels will be left in a safe place if available (ATL), we'll leave it there so it's ready and waiting for the Purchaser. We'll also take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely. If there's no safe place the courier will take it either to the local depot or Aust post if this is the chosen courier. If you would prefer Signature on delivery please choose this option on the drop down box in the delivery section (this will inure a fee of $3.ooAud.

Note: We will not be responsible for any stolen parcels from your property if you do not choose an option aside from Authority to leave in a safe place. Or notify us of arranging signature on delivery.

Damages : If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at maggazi@outlook.com or on one of our socials

Missing or Lost Packages: There are several reasons why a package gets lost. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. If you haven't located your order, please contact us immediately!
