I bought 2 of these as last minute Christmas presents. I received great customer service and communication from the store owner. I have waited to post a review as I wanted my mum and mother-in-law to use the coffee machines a few times before commenting on them. They are both ecstatic with the machines and the quality of the coffee. There is 'kaimaki' every time. I highly recommend the coffee machine. So easy to use. I will also be buying one for myself . It's a great gift idea!.
