Change of mind??
We offer 30 day refund if you change your mind ! Simply contact us to discuss replacement, change of mind or refund and we will arrange this for you (buyer pays return postage) Item must be returned in original packaging. T&C below
Return policy
30 days after the buyer receives it,
the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them(unused). If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund or store credit - (items purchased on sale will be refunded at the amount paid at the time of purchase, if a refund/store credit is to be granted)
Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the seller's description. Our coffee machines and stone sinks come with a one year warranty ~ normal wear and tear is not included ~ If the returned item is used, damaged, missing any parts, or is damaged in transit because it wasn't packaged correctly when the buyer sent it back, not following instructions correctly, we might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
